Welcome to my personal web site! The purpose of this site is to share my resume and ideas I have about organizations,
along with links to sites that are important to me.

I am a recipient of the Master of New Professional Studies: Organziational Learning, degree from the Program on
Social and Organizational Learning at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
Previously, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Managament Studies from The University of Maryland University College
in Europe, attending classes in Central Germany. It was there that I developed a strong interest in organizational
and leadership issues. I hope that this site over time will serve as a place where people can get some information, share
insights, and to find common ground that might be the basis of relationships that can be fostered to improve the nature and
productivity of organizations. Please sign my guestbook and share any comments or reactions you may have. You
can also contact me privately via E-mail.

The photo above represents teamwork and effort. Both are required to make organizations successful. It also implies that
there are many unseen variables that effect organizations, the people in them, and their general effectiveness. We know there
are forces at work, but we can't always easily identify them.
